Hey Hynry! Sorry the place has been so dead but I've been laid up with knee surgery. Ahhh, old age, what a joy :D To your question, yes, there are some healthy products in the frozen food isle but you have to be careful. Things like veggie burgers can often contain insane amounts of sodium. Most fis...

Hola everyone!!

I've gotten back to lifting a bit FINALLY! I've incorporated hang cleans for reps into my workout and love them. Sunday I was toying with the idea of taking them a step further and doing a push press at the top. Has anyone given that a go? And if so, how'd it work?

I've often said that while gaining muscle can be very difficult, it's also pretty simple -- at the heart of it, you just need to take in more energy than you expend, and use an intelligent program. This is especially true for beginners. The problem comes in when trying to figure out exactly what th...

For any fan of the movie Conan the Barbarian, one of the greatest bits of the movie was the teaser at the end where an aged Conan sits upon a thrown, glowering at the camera. It left so many questions, so many images. It captivated many of us.

I've allowed guests the chance to post in the "Noob" section. Lets see if we get hit with a bunch of spam or not. If we do I'll delete that. If it works, I'll open up other forums as well. So lets all sit back and watch the show!
