Thanks man. If you decide to give them a go, try the following:
10 burpees, 20 seconds rest, 9 burpees, 20 seconds rest and so on down to 1
if that's easy, try going from 20.
and don't forget- if it doesn't include both a pushup and a jump, it's not a burpee!
