Every time I go to the grocery store I browse down the frozen foods isle and wonder if any of the packages aren't that bad for you. Are there any healthy frozen foods? If so, which of the frozen foods should I get? Any recommendations?

Hey Hynry! Sorry the place has been so dead but I've been laid up with knee surgery. Ahhh, old age, what a joy :D

To your question, yes, there are some healthy products in the frozen food isle but you have to be careful. Things like veggie burgers can often contain insane amounts of sodium. Most fish products are ok provided they're not too heavily breaded and you stick to the recommended portion size. Things to watch out for are full meals and things with heavy sauces. The rule of thumb is the less someone has to muck with it, the better it generally is for you. So I'd recommend things like lean burgers, chicken breast, and fish as your primary choices. The grocery store I shop at has frozen fish portions for literally ONE DOLLAR per portion! They offer things like Tilapia, Pollock, Flounder, and Salmon. I like to take several packs of Pollock and boil them in some chicken stock with some veggies. Then I strain everything, add some flower to the left over stock, boil that down and make a sauce. Makes a very tasty fish stew thats incredibly healthy for you!
